about agape for employees for employers

If you are thinking of working for us, or you are already an employee,
please read the information below.

Testing Employees

With regard to clerical employees Agape Employment has installed “Skill Checks” which allows an applicant to be tested on various windows based programs such as Excel, Word, WordPerfect, Access, Power-Point and others such as XP, Windows Millennium, Data Entry, Filing, Grammar, Reception skills and a large number of Accounting software.

Along with the above we also have behavioral tests for reliability, risk, aptitude and integrity.

By testing each candidate it gives us the tools that are needed to place the right people in the right positions insuring that the skills that they have are sufficient for the task at hand.

Also an employee handbook and safety program is signed by all employees suggesting guidelines on work ethic, conduct, etc.

Reference Checking

After interviewing and testing our applicants on the computer, Agape Employment will then check at least 2 references. We start with checking past employers, i.e.; Supervisors, Managers, etc. In many cases dates and titles is all that can be verified.

Any copies of reference letters from our applicants are secured at this time. Background checks may also be conducted if requested.
